NS Support Co-pay Assistance Program
Eligible patients with commercial insurance coverage receiving treatment are automatically enrolled in the NS Support Co-pay Assistance Program,* which offers:
- Savings on deductible, co-payments, and coinsurance related to treatment costs
- Program enrollment each calendar year if the patient continues to meet eligibility criteria

Government-funded insurance and free-goods programs
NS Support Patient Access Solutions Team can provide information about government-funded insurance and government health plan options for treatment, including:
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
- Medicaid
- Children’s Health Insurance Plan (CHIP)
- Medicare
- Dual-eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)

For patients who are uninsured
Uninsured patients who meet the Financial Assistance Program requirements may be eligible to receive treatment at no charge for up to one year. *
*Restrictions apply. Financial Assistance Program covers the medication cost but does not cover administration costs.
